Cosmopolitan Shop

At the Cosmopolitan Shop, I drove site enhancements, strategic merchandising, and compliance. My core responsibilities included:

- Managing the promotions and optimizing the navigation menu to showcase our broad product assortment.
- Highlighting our best categories through creative merchandising and display.
- Auditing and enhancing the site to achieve WCAG 2.0 Level AA and ensure ADA compliancy.

When resource constraints required, I stepped in to write compelling on-brand copy for homepage headers and product listings, and created promotional visual assets using Canva. These assets were often utilized by the marketing teams for email and paid advertising campaigns.
